- Helps the young women on the Goldman Sachs programme communicate with their trainers by writing reports, email etc.
- Helps improve IT skills and pass on knowledge
- Provides access to resources (books, library, teaching)
- Developmental Benefits:
- Standard of Living
- Provides a connection to the outside world
- Sets an example (IT trainers are role models)
- Shares information with the community
