To create an account on this wiki, start by clicking here: http://oer.aptivate.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&type=signup
You then see this form:
Signing up for an account is a two-step process, that involves filling in the form above, and then confirming your login via email.
- First, fill in the signup form. Choose a username and password, and make sure you fill in your email. Then click: 'create account'.
- Now check your email: The wiki should send you an email, that contains a link. Click the link to confirm your email address.
Once your email address is confirmed, you can edit.
Please start by editing your user page. Once you are logged in, you see your username near the top of the screen, in the top right menu. Your username appears in red, because you haven't added anything to the page yet. Click your username, and edit the resulting page. You might add your full name, an url to your organisation, or to your web site or blog, see e.g. User:Bjoern.
