Reply all
This is a slight variation on to 'Reply'.
Sometimes you will receive an email that has been addressed to you and to several other people too. If you need to reply to the email, you might decide that everyone who has received it needs to see your reply too, as well as the person that sent it. In this case, instead of using 'Reply', you should use the 'Reply All' option.
Using 'Reply All' works much the same as using 'Reply' except that everyone who received the email will automatically have their email addresses included in the reply (in the 'To' and 'Cc' boxes) as well as the person that originally sent the email. See the 'Reply to an Email' chapter for more details.
Only use the 'Reply All' option instead of 'Reply' when you are confident that everyone needs to see your reply. People often do not appreciate it when they receive emails they do not need to read.
[edit] Instructions
Make sure you are logged into your email account.
1. Find the email you want to reply to all in your Inbox and open it by clicking its subject line, if you have not already done so.
2. You will find a link that looks like this:
3. Clicking this link with the left button of the mouse will open a page that looks like the page on which you compose an email, but will already have the email you are replying to copied into the message body. Each line will be preceded by >. You can type your reply in anywhere in the text box by placing the cursor and clicking where you want to start typing.
4. The email address of the person you are replying to will already be entered in the 'To' box, as well as all of the email addresses that were sent the email you also received. The subject line will read the same except that it is preceded by 'Re:'.
5. When you are done typing your reply, simply click on:
Congratulations, you have Replied All to an email! Now everyone who received the original email, as well as the person who sent it, will received your response.
