Logging in
Everyone has their own unique email account and associated email address. When you log in, you enter your username and password, which identifies your email account. For your CAMA email, your username is your email address. Usually, people keep their password private so that only they can log into their account and read and send emails from their email address.
When you go to the home page of your email service, like http://mail.camanetwork.org, you will see where you need to log in, typing in your email address and password.
When you are done reading and sending emails, you can 'log out'. There is a link on the top right of your email pages that you can click on to do this. It reads 'Log out'.
You might use other web based email services in the future, such as Yahoo, or Hotmail. These work mostly the same way as your CAMA email service, though some details are different.
[edit] Instructions

Click once with the left mouse button on the Firefox browser icon, the one that looks like this:
This will open a browser window.
2. Find the URL (web address) box at the top centre of the window and type in the URL for the CAMA mail service as below:
When you are done typing the address, press the Enter key to take you there:
3. The web page you will be taken to is the Log in page of your email programme. This is where you need to type in your email address and password in order to access your own email account. You can type in your email address and password into the corresponding text boxes.
When you are finished, click on the Log-in button:
This will take you to your email account.
4. You will now be on the page you need to read and send email.
