Deleting email
It is a good idea to get rid of emails you do not want to look at again, particularly SPAM. All the emails you receive sit in your Inbox folder by default. However, the more emails you get, the more confusing it can be to find emails that you do need to read again in your Inbox. Therefore, you will want to delete the ones you don't need.
[edit] Instructions
Make sure you are logged into your email account and can see your Inbox displayed on the page.
1. On the left end of every email you see in your Inbox, you will see a little box, like below:
2. If you want to delete the email, you need to position the pointer of your mouse over the little box and click once. You will then see a tick mark in the box and it will turn orange:
By ticking the email, you have 'selected' it.
3. Find the Delete button to the right of the page, above your list of emails. Click on it:
4. Clicking on Delete will delete (remove) from your account all the emails you have selected. You can select more than one before deleting too.
Be careful not to do this accidentally!
