Forwarding an email
Sometimes, you receive an email that you think someone else needs to read. For example, you might have emailed a college to find out about their courses, and they have responded with information about them. You think that your friend might also be interested in these courses, so you decide to 'forward' this email onto your friend.

Make sure you are logged into your email account.
1. Find the email you want to forward in your Inbox and open it by clicking on the subject line, if you have not already done so.
2. Click with the left mouse button on this link:

This will open a page that looks like the page on which you compose an email, but will already have the email you are forwarding copied into the message body, along with information from the original email's header.You can still add your own message to the forwarded one by typing in the text box, usually in the space above the forwarded email. Here's an example of what the message body might look like:
The subject line remains the same but is preceded by 'Fw' or 'Fwd'. You will need to type in the email address of the person you re forwarding the email to in the 'To' box.
5. When you are done, simply click on:
Congratulations, you have forwarded an email!
